The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and metro lines. This made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle. Additionally, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to help us with directions and recommendations. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel had free Wi-Fi and a great breakfast spread that gave us a taste of local cuisine.
One of the few negatives during our stay was the lack of nearby coffee options. We had to venture out further to find a decent cup of coffee. However, this was just a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our overall positive experience. The hotel's restaurant options were a bit limited, but there were plenty of nearby options to choose from. All in all, this hotel provided us with a great base for our city trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was nice and spacious, with clean bedding and towels. the hotel was in a convenient location near plenty of shopping areas and restaurants. It was also nice to have access to WiFi that worked well throughout the stay.
The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the entire Christmas stay. There were also no facilities available at the hotel, which made it difficult to relax or entertain myself during downtime.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to Baima market and the railway station. it's not the best for those wanting to use the subway. the rooms are adequately furnished, with clean sheets and towels. Staff is friendly and helpful, with a prompt response to any issue.
The hotel lacks a concierge service, forcing guests to handle their luggage themselves.

We stayed here three times and found it conveniently located near the train and bus stations, metro lines, and some fashion wholesale malls. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and big, and the staff were generally cooperative and helpful, especially the hotel manager Julie.
Absolutely nothing.
